TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN SUPPORT SERVICES

In-person TK Quality Readiness Audit designed to help educators strengthen program quality, align instructional practices, and create developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young learners. 

The TK Professional Development series equips educators to learn how to design effective classroom environments, apply developmentally appropriate practice, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families through three focused sessions: 

• From Setup to Success: High-Impact TK Learning Environments
• DAP in TK: What It Looks Like, Sounds Like, and Feels Like
• Partnering with TK Families for a Successful School Start

Through targeted 1:1 coaching, I partner with TK educators to set meaningful goals, engage in focused classroom observations, and develop actionable plans that support consistent, high‑quality instruction. This individualized support ensures teachers have the tools and clarity needed to grow their practice. 

Through classroom observations, reflective feedback, and collaborative action planning, I help educators address challenging behaviors with developmentally appropriate, effective strategies. This support strengthens classroom management, promotes consistency, and empowers teachers to respond to children’s needs with clarity and confidence.
